BALLET

Ballet class teaches the discipline and exercises of classic ballet with a fun and light approach. Dancers will learn correct body alignment and posture while improving flexibility and range of motion.  



POP DANCE

Pop Dance is a high-energy class that develops dance technique and builds self-confidence. Students will improve their balance, flexibility and coordination while having fun! All pop music selections are fun and age appropriate. 



CHEERLEADING

Cheer class combines cheerleading skills with drill team style dancing. Students will learn sideline cheers and chants as well as dance routines. While focusing on rhythm, technique and precision, students will improve their balance, flexibility and coordination while having fun! 


KIDS YOGA


Yoga class develops focus, concentration, and awareness by teaching students the fundamental connection between body and mind. Students are taught conscience relaxation techniques while in a highly interactive and engaging setting.

Frequently Asked Questions


1. CLASS LOCATIONS

All classes are held on campus at your school immediately after school release. Students should report to dance/yoga class immediately after being dismissed from their classroom.  


2. ATTIRE

Students should wear comfortable clothes to dance/yoga class. No flip-flops please. Ballet slippers are recommended for ballet classes. Sneakers are recommended for cheer and dance classes. 


3. REGISTRATION

Registration for most classes is handled directly through your school district. Please follow the links provided on the Register Now tab to access your district's website. If you have questions about the registration process feel free to call us at 480-236-1249. 


4. WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS

Water bottles are recommend for all classes. Students can bring a small, healthy snack to have at the beginning of class. Yoga mats are recommended for Yoga classes. No additional equipment is required for dance classes.
